Halls (est. 1987) is a family owned and run company contracting in and around Lincolnshire. We provide our clients with a professional yet friendly service in both the domestic and commercial sectors.
Three generations of expertise in tarmac and asphalt surfacing enables us to specialise in the field as well as being capable of carrying out all associated groundwork.
Our regular repeat customers include many of the Local Authorities in and around the county as well as construction industry contractors, utilities services and the Counties Highways Agency.
We are accredited with Constructionline to government standards and all of our workforce is CSCS, CPCS and SWQR competent.

  • Tarmac for domestic or commercial clientele as well as all associated groundwork.
  • Construction Skills Certificate scheme (CSCS) is the industries recognised training scheme for health and safety and management.
  • All plant operatives are certificated to either the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) or hold a Level 2 NVQ.
  • Our staff are competent as operatives and supervisors under the National Road and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) and we are fully insured to carry out associated works.
  • Halls is a Local Authorities approved contractor.
  • Copies of relevant qualifications and certificates are available on request.
